Alright so it's not Downtown LA with granite ledges everywhere. But our rual island has more than just grass hills to skate. Some of the more popular benches are getting that anti-skate crap bolted on them - but the skate resistance is present. Just remember the next time you skate downtown, you might want to bring that Craftsman Toolkit you got for Christmas to make your favorite spot skateable again.
Some of the most popular spots include:
- Millilani Mall
- The freeway dividers (near Millilani Mall)
- The slanted bench place (near all the bums)
- The 3 stairs and sidewalk gap (also near the bums)
- The (money) Bank near Ala Moana Center with a brown planters
- The Blaisdell Center
- A'ala Park
