City Council Budget Committee: Meeting
May 15, 2002
| City Council Budget Committee will be holding a regular Committee Meeting this Wednesday May 15 9:00 am at Honolulu Hale 2nd floor.
Item 4 on the agenda states:
"RESOLUTION 02-123 CITY'S TORT LIABILITY ARISING FROM SKATE PARK ACTIVITIES. The purpose of this Resolution is to temporaritly suspend planning, construction, and future development of skate park facilities until the State Legislature grants the City immunity from tort liability arising from skate park activities on city-owned or -controlled activities."
If you have any concerns we encourage you to contact members of the City Council to voice your opinion. If you want to testify, you must call or fax the City Clerk's office and sign up ahead of time.
